Hall Hire

For Hire

We are able to offer to hire the following facilities:

*  Village hall and stage
*  Library area
*  Vine Lounge

We cater for parties between 20 and 250 people at competitive rates. Rooms are available for hire during the day and evenings.

Facilities include a fully-licensed bar and kitchen preparation area, with prices starting from £15.00 per hour for the Library and £20.00 per hour for the Hall.

So if your organising a birthday, anniversary, wedding, engagement, christening, children's party, celebration, bereavement, social event, business meeting or just want a get-together with family and friends, then we can cater for your requirements.

Hire Costs:


Hire of Vine Lounge to members only £90.00

Hire of hall for a Friday night - members £20.00 per hour non-members £25.00 per hour

Hire of hall for a Saturday night - members £20.00 per hour non-members £25.00 per hour

Children's parties in the hall - members £17.00 per hour  non members £22.00 per hour

Children's parties in the library - members £12.00 per hour  non members £17.00 per hour

If you are a member of the Community Association you may be eligible for free room hire of the hall or Vine Lounge. If the bar take during the event is more than £800 for hall events or £450 for Vine Lounge events, your original booking fee will be refunded up to a maximum of £100 for hall events and £90 for Vine Lounge events (subject to all standard booking T&C).

That means you just need 65 people to attend your event in the Vine Lounge or 115 people to attend your event in the hall, and purchase two average priced drinks and you’ll reach the required bar take.

Single membership of the Community Association for 2019 is £10 or £15 for a family. Alternatively, you can join as lifetime member. A single lifetime membership costs £150 and a family lifetime membership costs £225.
